What colocation sizes are available?
We offer individual rack units, a quarter rack with 10U, a half rack with 20U and a full rack with up to 50U.
Can I access my hardware myself?
From a quarter rack upwards, independent data center access is available around the clock. Our team assists with smaller units and work on site.
How does comtrance support ongoing operations?
Our Premium Support is available around the clock, seven days a week. Technicians assist with tasks such as reboots and replacing faulty hardware. We agree the scope of service with you.
How do we start a project together?
In a personal consultation, we discuss your requirements, current situation and goals. We then design suitable infrastructure and agree the next steps.
