The high available comtrance Data Center in the Connecta Parc in Düsseldorf offers Enterprises and Reseller the possibility to rent and maintain IT Racks or private Areas in the high secure Colocation space.

The IT-Racks are built in Cold Corridor Containments and offers closed and seperated Units with a Size of 10 HU (1/4 Rack), 20 HU (1/2 Rack) and Full Rack with 47 HU´s.

Our technicians are available 24/7 hours a day and can help our customers for Server reboots or change of damaged Hardware.

Personal Access to the Data Center in Düsseldorf is possible 24/7 from a seperate 1/4 Rack.

Seperate breakered Racks, an Uninterrutable Power Supply (UPS) with upstream Backup Generator and appropriate sized fuel tank ensures self-sufficient operations, also during a longer power outage.

The internet connection of each IT-Rack is realized directly – on demand redundant – to the comtrance Backbone.
